Don’t Skip That Customer Feedback Survey

Think about the last time you made an online purchase. Afterword, you no doubt received a “Tell us how we did” email.

If you’re like me, you probably ignored that email. Who has time to fill out a survey every time they buy a new shirt, or a pair of running shoes?

While it might seem like a waste of time, online feedback is critical to the customer experience. Faced with increased competition, online service providers need to constantly improve their business. Asking you for feedback about your experience is one way to do that.

K12 schools are no different.

The school-choice movement has created plenty of options for families. If parents are unhappy with the level of service or personal attention they’re receiving from your school or district, they can choose to enroll their students elsewhere. As enrollments tick lower, school budgets do too.

Make no mistake, this is about more than just your reputation.

That’s why asking for feedback from your community is critical to your success.

At K12 Insight, we’re all about helping schools build and nurture stronger community relationships. If you’ve partnered with us, chances are you did so because you wanted to form a stronger bond with parents, teachers and staff, or other stakeholders.

It’s our mission to help you succeed. But we can’t do this work alone. In the same way that schools rely on feedback from the community, from time to time it’s important for us to hear from our school partners about their experiences.

Are you a K12 Insight customer? If so, we want to hear from you.

Recently you should have received an email with a personal link to our annual customer satisfaction survey. We hope you can take a few minutes to briefly answer a few questions about your experience with us. It’s pretty basic stuff about our services. We also ask for your opinions about our work together.

We know you get a lot of requests on your time, but your input is critical. We promise to carefully pore over every answer and comment and use your feedback to serve you better.

Please look for our customer satisfaction survey in your email inbox. Should you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact me directly at gdawkins@k12insight.com.

Have a great summer!
